We benefit from the insight of Adam Eley daily and celebrate the fact that his participation allows a broader audience to benefit also. Every time I listen to a Leadership 30 session, I learn. Taking the time to pause or stop for just 30 minutes and listen to someone tell their story and what they think, really is one of the best ways to learn. At least it for me. Today was no different when we listened to Adam Eley. My takeaways and key reminders were “Rough seas, make good sailors” , understand your team deeply and always come from a deep sense of care.
