Scope:
Engaged to support 8-day shutdown (tool time) to complete planned maintenance across the primary and secondary crushing circuits. Works included:

• Liner and hard skirt replacements
• Soft skirts replacements
• Dust mitigation works
• Change out of impact zones
• Support to belt crews
• Structural steel and chute repairs
• Drive replacements and lubrication change-outs

Solution:

Provide 2 experienced Supervisors and crew of 24 multi-disciplined trades, scaffold equipment and mechanical tooling container to execute shutdown works over the plant outage period.
